Respect for creators
Knotvia respects the intellectual property rights of others. Members may only post content they created or have permission to share. If you share someone else's work, credit them and make sure you have the right to share it.
Reporting infringement (notice & takedown)
If you believe content on Knotvia infringes your copyright or other IP rights, send us a notice through the Contact & Support page with the topic "Copyright", including:
- Your full name and contact email.
- A description of the work you own and where it appears on Knotvia (a link or the post/Loop details).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by you, your agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for them.
What happens next
We review notices promptly, remove or disable access to infringing content where the claim appears valid, and notify the member who posted it. That member may send a counter-notice explaining why they believe the content was removed in error; where appropriate, content may be restored. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.
