Terms of Service

1. Welcome to Knotvia

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Knotvia ("Knotvia", "we", "us"), a social community service that lets you share posts, voice notes, short videos ("Loops"), join interest groups ("Circles"), take part in live voice rooms ("Baithak"), and connect with other members ("Knots"). By creating an account or using Knotvia, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms.

2. Who can use Knotvia

You must be at least 13 years old to use Knotvia. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password confidential. One person may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse the service.

3. Your content

You own the content you post. By posting it on Knotvia you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving Knotvia. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where the content has been shared by others or must be retained for legal reasons. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the rights to post it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: post unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or fraudulent content; impersonate another person; spam, scam or manipulate other members; attempt to break, probe or overload the service; collect other members' data without consent; or use Knotvia to infringe anyone's intellectual property. 5. Moderation

We may remove content, hold content for review, warn, suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

6. Friends, Groups and Live Rooms

Connections ("Friends") are mutual and can be removed at any time. Group owners and admins are responsible for moderating their Circles within these Terms. Baithak rooms are live and are not recorded by us, but participants can report behaviour in a room, and hosts must keep rooms within the Guidelines.

7. Points, levels and badges

Points, streaks, levels and badges are virtual rewards with no monetary value. They may be adjusted if earned through abuse or error, and we may change the rewards system with notice.

8. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Knotvia running, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will announce them on Knotvia before they take effect, and continued use after that date counts as acceptance.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knotvia and its developer are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content posted by other members. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending your account

You may deactivate or delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example, content licences for already-shared content and liability limits) will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
